Our Holiday Open House will be celebrated 9 am-5pm, Saturday, Nov. 17, and 10 am-5pm, Sunday, Nov. 18.
The first floor of our 200-year-old house will be open for you to visit and, as always, there will be all sorts of goodies such as herbal honey, jellies, and dips to sample. You’ll have an opportunity to try Madeline’s herbal cookies, teas, and cider, and to look over our selection of unique Christmas gifts for everyone on your list. Be sure to bring the kids!
The fifth annual Foothills Artists Studio Tour will take place in conjunction with Willow Ponds Holiday Open House. Featuring five Fairfield area artists, the Studio Tour begins at Willow Pond Farm, where maps will be available for pick up.
November is the time to prune your lavender. Not quite sure how to do it? We’ll show you, with Willow Pond proprietor Tom Wajda giving live pruning demonstrations hourly during our Open House on the lavender planted beside the barn. If you have trouble with our schedule, let us know and we’ll accommodate yours. After all, we have 32 plants on the barn bank and they will all need trimmed.
Open Thurs-Sat, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, noon-5 p.m., starting April 4, 2013.
