Holiday Open House & Artists' Tour

Willow Pond Farm’s holiday Open House will be celebrated Nov. 21-22. Hours are 9:00-5:00 on Saturday Nov. 21 and 10:00-5:00 on Sunday, Nov. 22. The first floor of our 200-year-old house will be open for you to visit and, as always, there will be all sorts of goodies such as herbal honey, jellies, and dips to sample. You’ll have an opportunity to try Madeline’s herbal cookies, teas, and cider, and to look over our selection of unique Christmas gifts for everyone on your list. Be sure to bring the kids!

The third annual Foothills Artists Studio Tour will take place in conjunction with Willow Pond’s Holiday Open House. Featuring half-a-dozen Fairfield area artists, the Studio Tour begins at Willow Pond Farm where maps will be available for pick up. And don’t be concerned about losing your way. Fairfield’s population is just over 500, and all of the artists are located within ten minutes of the farm.

Lavender Lessons

November is the time to prune your lavender. Not quite sure how to do it? We’ll show you with Tom giving live demonstrations hourly during our Open House on the lavender planted beside the barn. If you have trouble with our schedule, let us know and we’ll accommodate yours. After all, we have 32 plants on the barn bank and they will all need trimmed.
